Clients must arrive with:
* Hair that is clean and fully washed
* Hair that is completely blown out and detangled
* Hair free of heavy oils, grease, or product buildup
* Hair that is fully dry before the appointment
Please note:
* Lola Hairstyles & Braids does not provide washing, shampooing, or blow-drying services.
* If a client arrives with unwashed, wet, or unprepared hair, the appointment may be rescheduled.
* In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
* Proper preparation helps ensure efficient service and the best styling results.

Lola Hairstyles & Braids Appointment & Deposit Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.
* The remaining balance is due at the completion of the service.
